Potato Gratin
Ingredients:
- 10 potatoes
- 1 packet cream
- 150 gr grated cheddar cheese
- 1 dessertspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 tablespoon palm oil
Method:
- Set your oven to 180 degrees.
- Mince the potatoes.
- Take the potatoes into a pot and mix them with 1 packet cream, 1 dessertspoon salt, 1 dessertspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon thyme and 2 tablesppon palm oil.
- Aline the blended potatoes into ovenware and cook them for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes add the grated cheddar cheese onto potatoes.
- Cook 10 more minutes until the cheese get melted.
- Enjoy your meal!
