Fried Cauliflower With Yoghurt

Ingredients:

  • One medium size cauliflower
  • 5 glass of water
  • 1 glass of palm oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 10 tablespoon yoghurt

Method:

  1. Firstly, cut the cauliflower into small pieces and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Then, boil the cauliflowers in a deep pan with 5 glass of water.
  3. Strain the cauliflowers with strainer after boiling for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour the palm oil into a frying pan and let it heat.
  5. Start frying the cauliflowers that you covered with egg.
  6. In another bowl, add the salt into yoghurt and whisk well. If you wish you can add 1 clove of garlic too.
  7. Place the fried cauliflowers onto a serving plate and pour the prepared yoghurt over them. Enjoy!
