Cookies But Like Brownies

Ingredients:

125 g butter
125 g palm oil
1 egg
1 glass of powdered sugar
4 tablespoon cocoa
1 packet vanilla
2,5 glass of flour
1 packet baking powder

For the syrup:

1 glass of sugar
1 glass of water

For the topping:

Coconut or powdered sugar

Method:

Put the butter, palm oil, egg, powdered sugar, cocoa, vanillin and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
Mix all the ingredients.
Then add the flour gradually while keep mixing.
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them in your hands for a smooth shape.
Bake the the cookies in 180°C preheated oven for 20 minutes.
While the cookies are in the cooking process; mix the sugar and water in a mixing bowl for the syrup.
When the cookies are baked, take them out from the oven and wait for 2-3 minutes.
After that, dip your cookies into the syrup and place them on a plate. Pour the remaining syrup over the cookies.
Add the toppings. Enjoy your cookies!
