A Great Vegan Option: Lentil Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of lentil
  • 4 glass of water
  • 4 clove of garlic
  • 4 spring onion
  • 1 glass of fine white flour
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper

For frying:

  • Palm oil

Method:

  1. Boil green lentils with 4 glasses of water and drain.
  2. Finely chop the spring onions.
  3. Grate the garlics.
  4. Mix the green lentils, chopped onions, garlic, flour and spices well.
  5. Take pieces from the meatball dough and shape them with your hands, fry them in hot oil on both sides and serve. Bon Appetit!
