Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

1 banana, mashed
4 tbsp coconut cream
1 tbsp virgin red palm oil
1/2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp raw cocoa liquor
1 tsp wattle seed (optional)
2 figs, chopped finely

Method

Mash banana in a mixing bowl. Place coconut cream and red palm into mashed banana and stir together well. Add all the rest of the other ingredients and mix well. Chill until set in the fridge. Top with fresh strawberries or raspberries.
