Chocolate Souffle

Ingredients:

  • 125 gr bitter chocolate
  • 125 ml milk
  • 3 eggs (seperate the white of the eggs and the egg yolks)
  • 2 tablespoon palm oil
  • 1,5 tablespoon flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Methods:

  • Boil the milk in a pan and add 125 gr bitter chocolate into it. After the chocolate melts, remove the pan from the furnace.
  • Melt 2 tablespoon palm oil in a different pan and add 1,5 tablespoon flour and roast it.
  • After it gets roasted add it into the chocolate milk mixture. Then, add 2 tablespoon sugar and keep mix them.
  • Add the egg yolks and mix them for 2 minutes. After mixing them, remove the pan from the furnance and let it cool.
  • In a deep bowl, whisk 3 egg whites with a pinch of salt.
  • Combine the chocolate mixture with the foamed egg whites and mix them with spatula.
  • Preheat your oven at 200 degrees. Divide the mixture into ramekins and cook them about 10 minutes.
  • Serve them with powered sugar and enjoy your delicious chocolate souffle!
