Melt the palm oil
in low fire. Put the biscuits in the blender until it crumbles. Blend the
melted oil and the biscutis and spread it on the cake mold very carefully.
For the cream, put
the mild cream cheese and the strained yoghurt into a deep bowl, and add the ¾
glass sugar onto it. Mix them until it gets smooth.
Step by step, add
the orange juice, orange peel and the eggs and mix them.
Put the cream
carefully into the cake mold.
Cook the cheesecake in a pre-heated 160 degree oven
for about 60 minutes until it becomes slightly dark.
