Mix 3 eggs and 250 gr sugar with mixer in a deep pot and keep mix them until they get foamed. Then add milk, palm oil and sugared vanilla and mix them all.
After then, add flour, baking powder and the limon (both peel and juice) and mix them.
Pour the mixture into a cake mould.
Preheat your oven to 160°C and put your cake into it.
Bake your lemon cake about 1 hour.
When it is cooked, remove the cake from oven and let it cool.
Turn the cake mould upside down onto a big plate and slice it to serve.
