Lemon Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 egg
  • 250 gr sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 ml palm oil
  • 1 package (5 gr) sugared vanilla
  • 1 package (10 gr) baking powder
  • 450 gr flour
  • 1 lemon

Methods

  • Mix 3 eggs and 250 gr sugar with mixer in a deep pot and keep mix them until they get foamed. Then add milk, palm oil and sugared vanilla and mix them all.
  • After then, add flour, baking powder and the limon (both peel and juice) and mix them.
  • Pour the mixture into a cake mould.
  • Preheat your oven to 160°C and put your cake into it.
  • Bake your lemon cake about 1 hour.
  • When it is cooked, remove the cake from oven and let it cool.
  • Turn the cake mould upside down onto a big plate and slice it to serve.
