Light But Delicious, Vegetable Patty!

Ingredients:

  • 4 zucchini
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teacup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 dessert spoon salt
  • 1 dessert spoon black pepper
  • ½ bunch of mint
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 200 gm white cheese
  • 1 table spoon plam oil

Method:

  1. Grate the zucchinis in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, flour, baking powder, white cheese, mint, dill and spices to the bowl and mix them.
  3. Pour the mixture to a baking tray.
  4. Dabble sesame and and black sesame over it.
  5. Bake it in 185 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. Enjoy it!
