Potato Gratin

Ingredients:

  • 10 potatoes
  • 1 packet cream
  • 150 gr grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 dessertspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 tablespoon palm oil

Method:

  • Set your oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mince the potatoes.
  • Take the potatoes into a pot and mix them with 1 packet cream, 1 dessertspoon salt, 1 dessertspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon thyme and 2 tablesppon palm oil.
  • Aline the blended potatoes into ovenware and cook them for 40 minutes.
  • After 40 minutes add the grated cheddar cheese onto potatoes.
  • Cook 10 more minutes until the cheese get melted.
  • Enjoy your meal!
