Shakshuka

Ingredients:
  • Palm oil
  • Eggplants
  • Tomato
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Balck pepper
Method:
  1. Firstly, put palm oil in the pot and turn on the stove to heat it up.
  2. Start frying the eggplants, which you have previously chopped and kept in salt water.
  3. On the other hand, for the sauce, add palm oil to the pan. Then add the peppers.
  4. After starting frying the eggplants, add some salt on it. Also add a little bit to the peppers too.
  5. Add the garlics after the peppers get roasted. After that, you can add the tomatoes. If your tomatoes are not summer tomatoes, you can add a little bit of tomato paste too.
  6. After tomatoes, add salt and black pepper. Then let it cook.
  7. Meanwhile, put aside the fried eggplants.
  8. Add the sauce to the fried eggplants. Your Shakshuka is ready. Enjoy.
